Hostel Rules and Regulations
Dear Guests,
We will be grateful for your cooperation in complying with these rules and regulations, which are intended to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for all our guests.
The management and staff of our hostel do their best to ensure that the accommodation services provided at the facility are of a high standard. The standard of accommodation services provided is above the average level of hostel services, but does not constitute a hostel service.
We kindly ask you to maintain order and cleanliness in rooms, bathrooms and common areas.
If you have any concerns about the quality of service, please report them to the reception as soon as possible, which will enable us to respond immediately.
1. Commencement of stay at the hostel is equal to acceptance by the guest of the provisions contained in these regulations.
2. The hostel night starts at 12:00 and ends at 10:00 the next day.
3. Collection of keys is possible 24 hours a day.
4. In addition to the room key, the customer gets an access card/token.
5. After 10 PM, the customer is asked to call the reception. Waiting for a hostel employee may take up to 15 minutes.
6. The room in the hostel is rented for nights.
7. Hostel rooms are rented upon presentation of a valid identity document (ID card or passport) and payment, or proof of payment by bank transfer.
8. Bedding is included in the rental price. Towel rental is charged extra in accordance with the applicable price list.
9. The guest’s stay is recorded in the registration book.
10. The hostel offers single and double rooms equipped only with single beds with the rule: one bed – one person.
11. A person subscribing to a single bed can only dispose of the bedding that falls on that bed. Using additional bedding from an adjacent bed is equivalent to incurring the cost of renting that bed.
12. The wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated in the reservation Guest should report to the staff by 9:00 AM of the day on which the room rental expires, which, however, is not binding on the hostel. The hostel will accommodate the wish to extend the stay to the best of its ability.
13. Staying in the room or leaving things beyond 10:00 AM is treated as an extension of the stay. If the Guest leaves the room after 10:00 AM – the staff will charge for the next 24-hour room rental at full prices.
14. The Guest renting the room is not allowed to transfer the room (or share the key and access card/token) to others, even if the day for which he/she has paid has not elapsed.
15. Minors may stay in the hostel only in the company of their legal representative or other person who takes care of them. The legal guardians of the children are responsible for their behavior, including any damage or harm done.
16. Within the entire facility, including – in the rooms, in accordance with the Act of April 8, 2010 on amending the Law on Protection of Health from the Consequences of Use of Tobacco and Tobacco Products and the Law on State Sanitary Inspection (Journal of Laws No. 81, item 529), there is a complete ban on smoking cigarettes and tobacco products and electronic cigarettes..
17. Unjustified activation of the fire alarm is subject to a fine of 500 PLN. Smoke removal from the room 500 PLN. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for the intervention of external services resulting from improper behavior of the Guest.
18. Violation of the ban on smoking cigarettes and tobacco products and electronic cigarettes on the premises of the building is equivalent to a fine of 250 PLN..
19. The guest of the hostel is obliged to comply with the Act on Upbringing in Sobriety and Counteracting Alcoholism.
20. In the hostel it is obligatory to keep quiet at night from 10 PM to 6 AM the next day.
21. After 10:00 PM in the rooms of the hostel can be only registered persons. Staying of unregistered persons in the guest’s hostel room after 22:00 is equivalent to consent of the person renting the room to a chargeable accommodation of these persons to the room. Each person will be quartered according to current prices, from the price list available in the hostel.
22. Between the hours of 10 PM and 6 AM, Guests and persons using the services of the hostel are obliged to behave in such a way that it does not in any way disturb the stay of others.
23. The liability of the hostel for loss of or damage to items brought by a Guest to the hostel is governed by the provisions of Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code. The hostel does not have a depository and does not accept any items for safekeeping. There is a possibility of placing things in lockers in rented rooms locked with a key, but the hostel is not responsible, for things left there.
24. The hostel is not responsible for malfunctions and their consequences, which are beyond the control of the hostel.
25. The fee for a lost room key is 100 PLN per each.
26. The fee for a lost card/token for access to the main entrance is 50PLN per each.
27. The guest bears full financial and legal responsibility for any kind of damage or destruction of items of equipment and facilities of the hostel caused by him or his visitors. The above means, in particular, that if linens, towels, floor panels, walls, sanitary facilities, are damaged or destroyed (including soiled beyond average), due to the actions of the Guest or other persons to whom the Guest has made the room available, then the Guest will be charged with the cost of cleaning, repair, purchase of new equipment or other means of restoring the hostel property to its previous condition.
28. For reasons of fire safety, it is forbidden to use in hostel rooms and other rooms of the hostel heaters and other electrical appliances, not being the equipment of these rooms. The above does not apply to chargers and power supplies for audiovisual and computer equipment.
29. For fire safety reasons, it is prohibited to use in hostel rooms and other rooms open fire in any form.
30. Each time leaving the room, the guest should check the state of the door and make sure it is locked.
31. Personal effects left in the room by the departing guest will be sent back at his expense, to the address indicated by him. If such instructions are not received, the hostel will store these items for 1 month and then donate them to charity or for public use.
32. In case of violation of the provisions of these rules and regulations, the hostel may refuse to provide further services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the demands of the staff of the hostel, to pay for the services provided so far and to pay for any damage and destruction done and leave the premises of the hostel.
33. If a guest does not comply with the instructions of an employee and continues to violate the rules of social order and disrupts the quiet of the night, the police are immediately notified.
34. Guests are required to follow fire instructions as well as general safety rules. Fire extinguishers are located in the hallway and common areas
35. A first aid kit is available at the reception desk.
36. The hostel provides services according to its standard. In the event of complaints about the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them to the staff without delay, so that they can respond.

38. We reserve the right 14 days to resolve them.
39. The hostel does not provide accommodation with pets.
40. At the request of guests, the hostel provides a free baggage storage service for guests checked into the hostel..
41. The hostel runs a convenience store with cosmetics and groceries..
42. The hostel allows free Internet access:
– WiFi is available in the reception area and common areas on the floors,
– if you need to connect your equipment to the network, you need to rent a network cable at the reception.
43. The hostel allows long-term rental for guests.
44. The prices valid in the hostel are given in PLN. Guests are bound by the prices that are published and confirmed at the time of booking.
45. Reservations should be made by phone, e-mail, or through the form available on the hostel website..
46. A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from hostel@360degrees.pl
47. The hostel issues VAT invoices according to the rules contained in articles 106-108 of the Law on Tax on Goods and Services (Journal of Laws 2022.931 t.j.). If you wish to receive an invoice for your stay, please notify us before making payment or at the time of booking by providing company details . Invoices for individuals are issued no later than 7 days from the date of issue of the receipt from the cash register.
48. The hostel issues and sends VAT invoices in electronic form, guaranteeing the authenticity of their origin and the integrity of their content.
49. Hostel is not responsible for erroneous data of the Guest indicated by him at the time of booking as appropriate for issuing a VAT invoice.
50. Each invoice in electronic form will be delivered to Guests via email to the addresses provided by the Guest in the reservation form or email.
